## FSQS Standard (Food Store Quality Standard)

The FSQS is an inspection standard that:

## Training

FSQA provides two types of FSQS training:
- **Initial Training** (7h): For inspectors seeking qualification and retail quality managers. Covers FSQS philosophy, standard content, matrix approach, inspection protocol.
- **Calibration Training** (7h): Biennial update for existing FSQS trainers. Covers standard updates, deployment in France and internationally, case studies.
